Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is:

• Netherlands: 5–9 working days
• Belgium: 5–9 working days
• Other European countries: 7–12 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Postage costs

• Free shipping on orders over €50 .
• For orders under €50, shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Track order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track the delivery.

Delayed delivery

Although we do our utmost to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to congestion at the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations.
